I believe this the first update of the week. Which really just goes to show how exciting my week has been.

IT'S FRIDAYYY!!!!

The boy has been in Queenstown all week. Except he came back yesterday and is here today before going down again over the weekend. I'm not thrilled about this as the weekend is generally our time - but I'm keeping the peace (for the moment...)

Flatmate and her boyfriend are still at "odds". I worry about her sometimes.... *sigh*

Everything seems busy lately. Ski trip is next week. Which should be fun. But also tiring. I just can't win!

Last night we went for tea at the casino with my parents. I swear we were lucky to make it there! We almost had an accident because some woman decided to run a red light whilst we had a green arrow. Would have been a really bad collision if we hadn't been alert. As it was she hit our car but no damage was done as we were both travelling reasonably slow.

Ugh. I really have this great fear of accidents. I always hear screeching brakes and just *impact*.

Yeah, it's unwarranted in this case, but the last accident I was in was not fun. And it wasn't really all that long ago either. I've been abandoned for Subway friday. ABANDONED!!!

I haven't upated in awhile. I doubt anyone's noticed this, BUT I'm here to give you the explaination as to why. (YAY!)

I...

...have been knitting.

AND I'm enjoying it. Muwahaha. I started over the weekend because were were out at Ashley Gorge on a small, select girls camp and I fear that I'm a tad addicted. Lol. In fact. I unraveled all the knitting I'd done in the past three days last night because I felt the scarf was too wide. Hence I am restarting.

I have also made real coffee and now have it at my desk with me.

Mmmm...coffee. So good. :)

Apart from that life's been pretty standard. The boy and I have been semi-frantically working on stuff for the upcoming ski trip. Which should be fun. (Excepting the really early start...on a saturday!!!) But yes, it's fun times.

I'm looking at going back to uni next year. Scary eh??? But I kinda want to. It'd be another two years and I'd end up with my Masters. Which is also kinda scary. But also kinda cool. It all depends on whether or not they accept me for the program or not. Hopefully they will!

The boy didn't pick me up for work today.

It's stupid how attached to that I've become.

And next week I'll have the car back for good.
